-
7.Repeat the process with the remaining rotis and filling.
-
8.Serve the Spiced Paneer Kathi Rolls warm with extra mint chutney on the side.
Treat your ingredients with care...
- Paneer — Make sure to cut the paneer into strips of even thickness to ensure even cooking.
- Whole wheat rotis — If you prefer a softer texture, you can lightly brush the rotis with oil and heat them on a griddle before assembling the rolls.
Tips & Tricks
- For an extra kick of heat, add a few slices of green chili to the filling.
- You can customize the filling by adding other vegetables like bell peppers or shredded cabbage.
- If you prefer a milder flavor, reduce the amount of red chili powder in the marinade.
- To make the rolls more portable, wrap them in parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Serve the rolls with a side of tangy tamarind chutney for additional flavor.
