Ingredients
In this adaptation, we have incorporated Caucasian flavors and spices to give a unique twist to the traditional Malaysian Keropok lekor. The addition of garlic, coriander, and cumin adds a distinct aroma and flavor profile to the dish, enhancing its overall taste. 1.In a food processor, blend the fish fillets until finely minced.

2.In a large bowl, combine the minced fish, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and all-purpose flour. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.Shape the mixture into small cylindrical fritters, about 5cm (2 inches) in length.

4.Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 180°C (350°F).

5.Carefully place the fritters into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch.

6.Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.

7.Serve the crispy fish fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them as is.
