  • 2 teaspoons baharat spice mix
  • 2 dried red chilies, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups (470ml) beef broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
