4.Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

5.Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 180°C (350°F).

6.Using a funnel or a piping bag with a wide nozzle, carefully pour the batter into the hot oil, creating a spiral shape. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
