Preparation

1.Place the bulgur wheat in a bowl and cover it with water. Let it soak for 30 minutes, then drain and squeeze out any excess water.

2.In a separate bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, pine nuts, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
