Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In a small bowl, combine the saffron threads and hot water. Let it steep for 10 minutes.

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
