Ingredients

In the original Liberian Cabbage Stew, the flavors are influenced by West African cuisine, with ingredients like palm oil and African spices. In the Bavarian adaptation, we incorporate Bavarian flavors by using smoked sausage and caraway seeds, which are commonly found in Bavarian dishes. This adaptation adds a smoky and aromatic element to the stew, giving it a distinct Bavarian twist. We alse have the original recipe for Liberian Cabbage Stew, so you can check it out.
