Ingredients

1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, Franconian mustard, paprika, cumin, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Take a handful of the meat mixture and shape it into an elongated patty around a wooden skewer. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4.Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are cooked through and nicely charred.
