1.In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pot and set aside.

3.Return the cooked sausage to the pot and add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, dried oregano, dried thyme, and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
