In this Balkan adaptation, we substitute the traditional soba noodles with buckwheat noodles, which are commonly used in Balkan cuisine. Additionally, we incorporate Balkan spices and grilling techniques to enhance the flavors of the sardines, giving them a distinct Balkan twist.
