1.Cook the wheat noodles and sweet potato noodles separately according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and set aside.

2.In a bowl, combine the chopped kimchi, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and gochujang. Mix well to create the kimchi sauce.

3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles and kimchi sauce. Toss until the noodles are well coated.
