Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Clean the ormer thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

3.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4.Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.

5.Sprinkle the Hmong spice blend over the onion mixture and stir well to coat the ingredients.

6.Add the sliced red and green bell peppers, julienned carrot, and snap peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly tender.

7.Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

8.Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the ormer is cooked through and the flavors have melded together.
