Treat your ingredients with care...
- Whole wheat flour — Ensure you are using whole wheat flour and not all-purpose flour for the nutritional benefits and texture.
- Oats — Use rolled oats or quick oats, not instant oats, for the desired texture.
- Ground flaxseeds — Grind flaxseeds in a coffee grinder or use pre-ground flaxseeds for better absorption of nutrients.
Tips & Tricks
- For added flavor, sprinkle some sesame seeds or sunflower seeds on top of the loaf before baking.
- To achieve a softer crust, brush the loaf with melted butter immediately after removing it from the oven.
- Experiment with different combinations of grains and seeds to personalize the bread to your taste.
