Preparation

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough is formed. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

2.In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender.

3.Add the shredded meat, cooked lentils, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

4.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.

5.Place a portion of the filling mixture onto one half of the rolled dough circle. Fold the other half over the filling and press the edges to seal.
