Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

2.Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

3.In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce, minced garlic, dried oregano, and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper.

4.Spread the tomato sauce mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

5.Arrange the shrimp, calamari rings, and mussels on top of the sauce.

6.Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the seafood.

7.Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
