In this Bhojpuri adaptation of Plato Alpujarreño, we incorporate Bhojpuri spices and herbs to infuse the dish with a distinct flavor profile. The original Spanish dish is typically made with Spanish sausages, but in this version, we use Bhojpuri sausages to add a unique twist. Additionally, we incorporate Bhojpuri spices such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric to enhance the flavors and give it a Bhojpuri touch. 1.Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
