Ingredients
In this Surinamese adaptation of the classic Po'Boy, we infuse the dish with Surinamese spices and flavors. The original American Po'Boy typically features fried seafood, such as shrimp or oysters, served on a French bread baguette. In our Surinamese version, we marinate the shrimp in Surinamese spices and incorporate traditional Surinamese ingredients, such as pickles and aromatic vegetables, to create a unique fusion of flavors. We alse have the original recipe for Po'Boy, so you can check it out.
