Ingredients
In this Texan adaptation of the French préfou, we incorporate Texan spices and flavors to give it a unique twist. The original préfou is typically made with French bread and flavored with garlic and herbs. However, in this Texan version, we use a crusty baguette and enhance the garlic flavor with Texan spices such as chili powder and cayenne pepper. This adds a hint of heat and a touch of Texan flair to the dish. We alse have the original recipe for Préfou, so you can check it out.
