1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

3.In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, ginger paste, chili paste, crushed Sichuan peppercorns, Chinese five-spice powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

4.Stuff each bell pepper with the pork and rice mixture, pressing it firmly.

5.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the stuffed peppers and cook until lightly browned on all sides.

6.In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Pour the mixture over the stuffed peppers in the skillet.

7.Cover the skillet and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
