1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, Kashmiri chili powder, ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, fennel seeds, and salt for the dough.

3.Gradually add warm water to the mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
