Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Greek yogurt — Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamy and tangy flavor.
  • Lemon zest — Make sure to grate only the outer yellow part of the lemon peel to avoid the bitter white pith.

Tips & Tricks

  • For extra fluffiness, let the batter rest for 10 minutes before cooking the pancakes.
  • Serve the pancakes with a dollop of Greek yogurt and fresh berries for a delightful twist.
  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the batter.
  • Experiment with different toppings such as sliced bananas, maple syrup, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
