1.In a large pan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.

2.Add the Silesian sausage and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4.Add the Silesian peppers and cook until they are slightly softened.

7.Gradually add the chicken or vegetable broth, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly and allowing the liquid to be absorbed before adding more.

9.Stir in the cooked Silesian sausage and season with salt and pepper to taste.

10.Remove from heat and let the risotto rest for a few minutes before serving.
