1.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the sauce.

3.Add the sliced onion, bell peppers, and julienned carrot to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
