3.Add the Kapampangan longganisa or tocino to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.

4.Remove the sausages from the pan and set aside.

5.In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and diced tomatoes. Sauté until the vegetables are slightly softened.

6.Return the sausages to the pan and add the peeled and deveined shrimp.

7.In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the sausages and shrimp.
