1.In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

3.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

4.In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.

5.Stir in the paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.

6.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

7.Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.

8.Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of each dough circle. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

9.Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges by pressing with a fork.

10.Place the stuffed flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
