1.In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

3.Stir in the tomato paste and cook for an additional minute.

4.Return the beef to the pot and add the beef broth, red wine, juniper berries, allspice berries, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5.Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the beef is tender.

6.While the beef is simmering, prepare the Fuži pasta (or egg noodles) according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
