1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, crushed Sichuan peppercorns, chili flakes, ginger paste, garlic paste, Chinese five-spice powder, breadcrumbs, yogurt, chopped cilantro, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.

3.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

4.Remove the kebabs from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
