Preparation

1.In a bowl, whisk together gram flour and yogurt until smooth. Set aside.

2.Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

3.Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and slit green chili. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.

4.Reduce the heat to low and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for a minute, stirring continuously.

5.Pour in the gram flour and yogurt mixture, stirring well to combine with the spices.

6.Add water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7.Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
