Ingredients

In this Burkinabé adaptation, the traditional Greek feta cheese is replaced with local Burkinabé cheeses like Wagasi or Dolo. The original recipe's herbs and spices are substituted with Burkinabé flavors such as ginger and cloves. Additionally, the use of local vegetables like spinach and onions adds a unique twist to the dish, making it more suitable for Burkinabé cuisine.
