Ingredients

In the Galician adaptation of Sneeuwballen, we incorporate Galician ingredients and techniques to infuse the dessert with the flavors of the region. The original Dutch recipe is transformed by using local Galician butter, which adds a distinct richness to the pastry. Additionally, we incorporate a hint of Galician honey to enhance the sweetness and provide a unique flavor profile. These adaptations give the Galician Snowballs a delightful twist while still maintaining the essence of the original dish. We alse have the original recipe for Sneeuwballen, so you can check it out.
