Preparation

1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
-
2.In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
-
3.Place the Arctic Char fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
-

-
6.Serve the grilled Arctic Char with the tangy wild berry sauce drizzled over the top. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
Treat your ingredients with care...
- Arctic Char — Make sure to choose fresh Arctic Char fillets with firm flesh. If you can't find Arctic Char, you can substitute it with salmon or trout.
- Wild berries — If fresh wild berries are not available, you can use frozen berries. Thaw them before cooking and adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Tips & Tricks
- To achieve a crispy skin on the Arctic Char, make sure the grill is preheated and lightly oil the grill grates before placing the fish on them.
- If you prefer a smoother sauce, you can strain the wild berry sauce through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
- Serve the Uht Sukusuk with a side of roasted root vegetables or a fresh green salad to complete the meal.
