Treat your ingredients with care...
- Ghee or Butter — Make sure the ghee or butter is melted and at room temperature before brushing it onto the dough. This will ensure even distribution and enhance the flakiness of the paratha.
Tips & Tricks
- For extra flakiness, you can repeat the process of folding and rolling the dough two or three times.
- If you prefer a richer flavor, use ghee instead of butter.
- Serve the Warqi Paratha immediately after cooking to enjoy its crispy texture.
Serving advice
Warqi Paratha is best served hot, straight from the griddle. It pairs well with a variety of Indian curries such as butter chicken, paneer tikka masala, or chole. You can also enjoy it with a side of raita (yogurt dip) or pickle for a delightful meal.
Presentation advice
To enhance the presentation of Warqi Paratha, brush it with a little melted ghee or butter before serving. You can also sprinkle some chopped fresh cilantro or sesame seeds on top for added visual appeal.
