Preparation

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, smoked paprika, and dried dill.

2.Gradually add warm water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.

3.Drizzle the vegetable oil over the dough and knead again until the oil is well incorporated.

4.Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.

5.Take one dough ball and roll it out into a thin circle on a lightly floured surface.

6.Brush the surface with melted butter or oil and sprinkle a generous amount of grated Polish cheese over it.

7.Fold the circle in half and brush the surface with butter or oil again. Sprinkle more cheese over it.

8.Fold the half-circle in half again to form a triangle shape.
