3.Divide the dough into small balls, approximately the size of a golf ball. Roll out each ball into a thin circle, about 4-5 inches in diameter.

5.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place the Xianbing in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
