Ingredients
In this French adaptation of Zrazy, the traditional Polish dish, we incorporate French flavors and cooking techniques. Instead of using traditional Polish spices, we use a combination of fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary, and parsley to infuse the roulades with a distinct French aroma. Additionally, we replace the traditional filling of mushrooms and onions with a mixture of creamy cheese and sautéed vegetables, adding a French twist to the dish. We alse have the original recipe for Zrazy, so you can check it out.
