Preparation

1.Heat a pan over medium heat and dry roast the cashews until they turn golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

2.In a separate pan, combine the grated jaggery and water. Heat over low heat until the jaggery melts and forms a syrup.

3.Add the roasted cashews to the jaggery syrup and mix well.
