Ingredients
In this Latvian adaptation of Aranzada, we incorporate the traditional Latvian berries, such as raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries, to replace the citrus fruits used in the original Mexican dish. Additionally, we infuse the stew with Latvian flavors by adding cinnamon and cloves, which are commonly used in Latvian cuisine. 1.In a large pot, combine the mixed Latvian berries, cinnamon stick, cloves, sugar, and water.

2.Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the berries are soft and the flavors are well combined.
