Preparation

1.In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped lemongrass. Season with salt and pepper.

2.Place the beef ribs in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
