1.Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pits. Scoop out some flesh from each half to create a hollow space for the filling. Set aside the scooped avocado flesh.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, grated carrots, bell peppers, onions, green chilies, mashed potatoes, and the reserved avocado flesh.

3.Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Tripuri red chili powder, and salt to the vegetable mixture. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
