4.Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the pork ribs are tender.

5.Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce to the pot. Stir well to combine.
