Preparation

1.Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.

2.In a separate pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until they are soft and translucent.

3.Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until it is browned and cooked through. Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

4.Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Once cooled, add the mixture to the bowl with the egg yolks. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

5.Spoon the stuffing mixture back into the hollowed-out egg whites, filling them evenly.

6.Garnish the stuffed eggs with fresh parsley.

7.Refrigerate the stuffed eggs for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
