Ingredients
While the original British Bangers and Mash typically uses pork sausages and incorporates flavors like Worcestershire sauce, this Arab-inspired version replaces the pork sausages with lamb sausages and infuses the dish with aromatic spices such as cumin, coriander, and sumac. The mashed potatoes are also enhanced with the addition of garlic and tahini, giving them a unique Middle Eastern twist.
