Ingredients
This Kentucky-style Beef BBQ takes inspiration from South Korean beef dishes but adapts them to the flavors and cooking techniques of Kentucky cuisine. While the original South Korean beef dishes often feature soy sauce and sesame oil, this recipe replaces them with a blend of Kentucky spices and a tangy BBQ sauce. The slow-cooking method used in Kentucky-style barbecue is also incorporated to enhance the tenderness and smoky flavor of the beef.
