Treat your ingredients with care...

  • Chicken — Ensure that the chicken is cut into evenly sized cubes to ensure even cooking. If using chicken breast, marinate it for a slightly shorter time to prevent it from becoming dry.

Tips & Tricks

  • Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using them to prevent them from burning on the grill.
  • For an extra kick of flavor, add a pinch of chaat masala to the marinade.
  • If you prefer a spicier kebab, increase the amount of red chili powder according to your taste.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can also cook the kebabs in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
