1.Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and stir. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed.

3.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

4.Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

5.Add the cumin, coriander, oregano, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.

7.Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir until well combined. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
