1.Grind the roasted black sesame seeds in a blender or food processor until finely ground.

3.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4.In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry. Slowly pour the slurry into the soup while stirring continuously.

5.Add the coconut milk and salt to the soup. Stir well and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
