Preparation

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

3.Add the diced bell peppers, zucchini, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

4.Stir in the diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
