In this Kurdish-inspired adaptation, we have replaced the traditional Mexican spices with a blend of aromatic Kurdish spices, such as cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Additionally, we have incorporated a tangy yogurt dip to balance the heat of the spices, which is a common element in Kurdish cuisine.
