Preparation

    In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, tomato paste, pomegranate molasses, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Add the beef, onion, and garlic to the bowl and mix well to coat the beef.

    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
