1.In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pot.

4.Stir in the diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the potatoes are slightly softened.

5.Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

6.Add the sliced kale to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, or until the kale is wilted and tender.
